Shipping information
For orders of accessories or up to eight packages of laminate, we generally ship by parcel service. For orders of eight or more packages of laminate plus accessories, we use a forwarding agent of our choice for shipping. The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone or text message before delivery so that you can take delivery of the goods. Delivery is made to the kerbside. Delivery to a packing station is not possible.
Shipping costs
Currently, only deliveries within Germany are free of shipping costs. For shipping within or outside the EU, please send an individual written request to info@jangal.eu. You are also welcome to use our contact form.
